Sabrina Heckler has a background in journalism and communications. After completing an apprenticeship as a state certified language assistant she gained a Magister (roughly equals a Masters) degree in Media and American Studies from the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main in 2009. Prior to her current occupation at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Ms. Heckler had the opportunity to gather expertise in working for a local newspaper as a freelancer. Within the framework of a working holiday experience in Australia and New Zealand she was part of a New Zealand team implementing a business branch in Florida, USA for Teknatool International.
Ever since joining Frankfurt School’s International Advisory Services in 2011 she has specialised in the areas of marketing, public relations and communications and has been involved in a number of projects as project assistant. During the implementation of the UNEP Collaborating Centre Ms. Heckler was, and in the future will be, responsible for the Centre’s public appearance.
